The Realtors Land Institute (RLI) is an affiliate of the 700,000-member
National Association of REALTORS. It is the only branch of the REALTORS
family focused on land brokerage transactions of five specialized
types: 1) farms and ranches; 2) undeveloped tracts of land; 3) transitional
and development land; 4) subdivision and wholesaling of lots; and
5) site selection and assemblage of land parcels. Originally named
the Institute of Farm Brokers, it was organized in 1944, and has
been dedicated for over five decades to improving the professional
competence of its members in land brokerage.

Illinois. NICAR is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS.
It is one organization that is helping its members gain a competitive
advantage by dramatically influencing the myriad of business and
professional issues affecting commercial real estate today. A key
strategic mission of NICAR is to carefully monitor and influence
pending legislation that affects the commercial real estate industry.

professional association. The term REALTOR is a registered collective
membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is
a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS and subscribes
to its strict Code of Ethics.
Founded in 1908, NAR has grown from its original nucleus of 120
to today's 720,000 members. NAR is composed of residential and commercial
REALTORS, who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers,
counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate
industry.

The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA)
is the national, professional organization for individuals who provide
management, consultation services and valuation of agricultural
and rural assets. The Society was founded in 1929 and has since
grown to approximately 3,000 members with 37 chapters across the
U.S., Mexico and Canada.
