The Realtors Land Institute (RLI) is an affiliate of the 700,000-member National Association of REALTORS. It is the only branch of the REALTORS family focused on land brokerage transactions of five specialized types: 1) farms and ranches; 2) undeveloped tracts of land; 3) transitional and development land; 4) subdivision and wholesaling of lots; and 5) site selection and assemblage of land parcels. Originally named the Institute of Farm Brokers, it was organized in 1944, and has been dedicated for over five decades to improving the professional competence of its members in land brokerage.

The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) is the national, professional organization for individuals who provide management, consultation services and valuation of agricultural and rural assets. The Society was founded in 1929 and has since grown to approximately 3,000 members with 37 chapters across the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
