We have two buyers for farmland!! Yes, you read correctly—we have buyers interested in farmland in Kendall or Grundy counties. They are two unrelated parties, but both are searching for land in southern Kendall County or northern Grundy County.
The first buyer is looking for 40 to 100 acres. The second buyer is looking for any size up to 200 acres. In both cases, the land need not be perfect, high quality soils. Creeks, wooded acreage, sloping topography are all acceptable. Neither is looking for development locations. Thus, land away from town and out of the development path is preferred.
